Private Training is a hands on approach to reaching your health and fitness goals. I work with each client individually to educate them on safe and efficient movement patterns using a personalized plan that guarantees results.

- Those who needs more accountability and consistency in a training program
- Intermediate to Advanced athletes looking to improve technique and skills
- I offer in-home training as well as on-site training at Central Athlete downtown or CrossFit Central Burnet Road.
- Complimentary 30 minute consultation before getting started
- Initial 120 minute full body assessment with a physical and movement analysis
- 60 minute one-on-one training 1-3 times per week depending on the individual, lifestyle, and goals
- A plan that 100% individualized and specific to you
- Body composition testing
- Nutritional guidance
