Private Training

Private Training is a hands on approach to reaching your health and fitness goals. I work with each client individually to educate them on safe and efficient movement patterns using a personalized plan that guarantees results.


  • If you are new to fitness or have not had a fitness coach
  • Those who needs more accountability and consistency in a training program
  • Intermediate to Advanced athletes looking to improve technique and skills
  • I offer in-home training as well as on-site training at Central Athlete downtown or CrossFit Central Burnet Road.


  • Complimentary 30 minute consultation before getting started
  • Initial 120 minute full body assessment with a physical and movement analysis
  • 60 minute one-on-one training 1-3 times per week depending on the individual, lifestyle, and goals
  • A plan that 100% individualized and specific to you
  • Body composition testing
  • Nutritional guidance
